Professional Experience

I worked at Neo Dandy for 3 years 7 month. Duration 16th May 2010 to 12th November 2014 as a Merchandiser . In that time I follow all of merchandising works for sweater and knit items .

I worked at Plummy fashions ltd ( the worlds green factory ) as a A Q L audit officer for 2 years 7 month. Duration 2nd December 2014 to 16th June 2016, (Inspection AQL system all products before final inspection )

I worked at Innovative knit ware ltd for 1 years 3 month duration 24th July 2016 to 12th September 2017 as a Quality in charge . that time I follow and control 8 sewing line .

Now I’m working at Youngone corporation as a Senior officer from 14th September 2017 to till now at my same position.

I have good knowledge about products risk analysis and how to solve the risk. It was trained by UNIQLO.

Also I have good knowledge about fabric, Lab test, washing, dry process and Finishing etc.

Responsibilities

Ensure all SOP’S are implement according to buyer requirement.

Ensure all activities are followed up correctly according to style check.

Ensure PP meting are conducted according to buyer requirement.

Ensure pilot reviews are conducted according to to buyer requirement.

Ensure Inline inspection are conducted according to buyer requirement

Ensure all concern points are corrected.

Ensure Daily pack audit, pre-final audit are conducted religiously.

Ensure 100% measurement of key points are done and record maintained

Maintain overall quality level ( OQL ) data for factory.

Follow up FCCA requirements.

Share RFT council best practices with senior management and agree on implementation.

Share factory team with RFT council best practices.

Share action plan, improvement, obstacles and new learning with QAP team and RFT council.

If buyer sends any E-mail for rectify on sample, I update those comments on the sample and have important brief to my quality team to follow up during the revise sample making.

SKILL ON INSPECTION: I Have good skill on trial cut inspection, in line inspection, pre final inspection & final inspection.
