• Prepare and manage Subcontractor Agreements and documentation. Schedule sub contractors according to trades and submit work orders and completion reports.

• Manage and coordinate all project scheduling, materials, signage, dumpsters, portables, and equipment rentala

• Resolve all project and contract issues and concerns with clients and subcontractors directly and promptly.

• Perform all project management functions as needed to expedite projects through to completion i.e. process submittals, manage submittal log, Request for Information, submit & pay workorders, manage trades.

• Prepare and maintain weekly Meeting Minutes along with project daily logs assignments and project permit status.

• Collect, prepare, and send out Closeout Documents to clients upon final payment collection. Issue warranty package to clients.

• Responsible for OSHA job standards being followed by all trades and performing weekly site inspections for SWPPP. Log completion of Toolbox Safety Sheets for weekly meetings.

• Coordinate and order marketing merchandise, prepare and send marketing brochures to clients, post new projects on Facebook and coordinate updates to company website.
