This position involves verifying change orders with the costumers via phone and email. Balancing the vault and verifying sales from the other tellers. I am also in charge of ordering the Fed for the branch to ensure that we have enough money to fulfill change orders. I also create the manifest to ensure that all change orders reach the costumers correctly. I also help tellers balance if they are having difficulties balancing. I assist with BSA with CTR issues and writing tickets to correct teller cash. I have also created the lunch schedule to ensure that the teller line runs functionally. As well as managing the teller line to ensure that it is ran correctly and efficiently. I also assist with ordering supplies for the branch. I assist tellers with questions to ensure a great customer experience. I have also trained four employees successfully on how to run the Vault position in my absence. Currently there is one teller, one banker and our Branch Supervisor that knows how to run the vault. I have had multiple meetings with upper management to ensure that my business ethic continues to improve such as continuing in being a team player, stepping up when needed, addressing concerns in a professional manner, and continuing to expand my banking knowledge. I have even spoken to management to improve my relationships with my coworkers to create a better repour with each of them. When we separate the teller line, we will be training others on how to run the Vault if needed. When our branch manager left, I did my best to help manage the Branch with our Branch Supervisors help and the only Banker. When our Branch Supervisor was out sick, I was left at the Branch with just a Banker to assist in making sure that the Branch was assisting costumers promptly while we had 5 new tellers within 90 days and 3 tellers under 6 months. We did our best to manage and minimize our errors as well as making sure CTRs were filled out correctly. For the most part everything ran smoothly, and I reported any issues to the proper people. I was promoted to senior teller. I am in charge of completing change orders for business customers. I ensure that the change orders are correct before being sent out to our customers. I order money from federal reserve to ensure that we have all the money needed for the branch. I help order supplies for the branch making sure all tellers have the supplies needed. I verify sales from the tellers and ensure accuracy in balancing the vault multiple times daily. I have trained many new hires on the teller position as well as the senior teller position. I have deescalated many situations where a customer may have been unhappy and was able to come to a resolution for them.
