Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities

• Facilitate communication between functions, departments to make sure decisions and actions are understood and coordinated

• Identify gaps in activity which could result in delays, emergency actions which could have be avoided through better planning and coordination

• Scope of projects include new products, launches of new customers or products, capital projects, major maintenance projects and/or other projects that utilize significant organizational resources and coordination across the organization

• Follow-up with all functions at all levels to ensure tasks associated with the timely implementation of a project

• Maintain tracking system (Project Management or other) to coordinate tasks and identify crunch points due to limited resources and/or multiple demands

• Bring to senior management attention potential project failure points and bring recommendations to mitigate implementation conflicts

• Closely monitor tasks of major projects to ensure timely completion, where shortfalls identified, bring appropriate people to problem solve

• Provide brief and timely updates to senior management of project status

• Utilize calendar and other functionality of Office 360 to facilitate coordination and problem-solving implementation conflicts or gaps

• Identify patterns of deficiency in project management of persons assigned to projects. Make person, supervisor and as necessary senior manager of performance issues

• Carry out a diagnosis of how the processes currently operate, in order to effectively and efficiently guarantee the development of the new product / project.

• Support the activities related to the Productivity, Innovation and Portfolio Transformation projects of each platform in from sample preparation to financial evaluations, internal and external sensory validations, documentation collection, industrial tests, and implementation and monitoring of the same.

• Administration of the SAP process, from the generation of master data for materials (Raw Material, Packaging Material and Formulations) as well as the communication to all implicated, of new product/project.

• Distribution of specifications to suppliers and internal customers.
