Participate in validation of medical cylinder fill plants by following approved guidelines for obtaining documented objective evidence that systems were installed and operate according to pre-defined specifications.
Verify P&ID’s match existing plant conditions and that necessary information is recorded in Maximo (i.e. equipment information, preventive maintenance plans, job plans) and is entered accurately.
Review work orders completed in Maximo and verify they have been completed as required by Air Liquide procedures and have appropriate documentation (such as oxygen clean paperwork) if required.
Review and coordinate closure of audit findings and quality and safety incidents.
Provide field support and training for plant employees in SmartSolve (Doc, CAPA, Train) and Maximo
