Teaching Activities

During residency and later as Specialist Assistant at Ministry of Health Hospitals, in addition to medical duties, I was involved in the scientific activities of the Department of Surgery I prepared lectures and talks, supervised morning reports and led teaching rounds for undergraduate fourth and sixth year medical students and postgraduate residents. In addition to that, I participated in teaching activities which have been organized by IFMSA Jordan by preparing and presenting lectures for medical students from universities all over the country.

During the Pandemic of COVID-19, I had a role in teaching the volunteers about the infection control protocol and training of PCR swab procedure. As a Specialist at Al-Bashir Hospital, the biggest teaching hospital in Jordan, I participated in the continuous medical education sessions of the hospital by presenting topics, also I was clinical tutor for medical students, interns and residents.
