•Ensures the proper storage and organization of plasma samples and bottles in freezer.

•Handles tested/untested product with proper personal protective equipment.

•Prepares daily sample shipments and weekly product shipments.

•Performs final QA review and release for all product shipments and associated documents to ensure shipment meets customer specifications.

•Analyzes tracking and trending data; determines appropriate actions to improve trending.

•Conducts regularly scheduled staff meetings with respective Quality and Managerial staff

•Determines and prepares work schedules for Quality staff to ensure adequate

•center coverage-Flexible and changes schedule to meet needs.

•Obtains certification as an area and Quality trainer.
