1. Herfy Foods Services Co. (Bakery Unit: Bread, Biscuits, Buns, Cupcakes and Croissant) KSA: - Role: - Quality Assurance Supervisor (Documentation, Audit and Online Check) Duration: - September – 2021 to till date

Key Responsibilities: -

Knowledge and operating of SAP System.

To Control the Raw material and Packaging material before using for production by comparing with company standards.

Product safety, quality and legality and engaging with the multi-disciplinary teams to develop.

Implement end-to-end quality process and continue to manage.

Promote the Food safety culture through auditing, training and development of the site teams.

Manage fumigation & pest control.

Perform Traceability & mock recall exercise for local & customer specific products.

Manage all internal & external quality audits & inspections.

Manage outputs from audits and implement corrective action planning to close out any non- conformances by root cause analysis to identify corrective and preventive measures; and agree processes for verifying effectiveness of actions.

Maintain site documentation to the required standard.

Maintain knowledge and be aware of updated food safety legislation.

Communicate all the changes & updates notifications from customer, regulatory & certification.

Online Quality Team & Hygiene Team management.

Coordination & Supervision of QA online Team and activities related to in-process products & process controls.

Perform internal audit, GMP audits & daily food safety walk to ensure food safety in place.
