Knowledge of the working principle of Centrifugal, Screw and reciprocating Compressors

Monitoring of power consumption from each part of the chiller plant, supply/return temperatures from

temperatures from the chiller and cooling tower, water flow rates from the condenser water loop, etc

carry out Planned, Reactive & Corrective Maintenance Task. Ensure tasks are completed within the required response time based on priorities. Execute PPM tasks as per the schedules and frequencies. Submit the daily reports to the supervisor. Monitor the spare parts, tools, and equipment required to execute the maintenance work. Communicate with supervisors in case of a major breakdown, Emergency tasks, abnormal readings, or issues in the water-cooled chillers

Ensure using/ implement CAFMS (Computerized Analysis Facility Management System) to maintain entire daily activities and record database of all maintenance to provide comprehensive status of Open, Close& pending daily works.

Ensuring adherence to all applicable safety policies and procedure

Doing the monthly PPM for the all kind of ac units

Monitoring BMS system, Operating BMS system when needed

Monitoring all fan motor, inspection and rectify if an any faulty exists

Preparing the PPM test report for all the equipment’s and components

Testing and commissioning of the AIR CIRCUIT BREAKER

Knowledge of house wiring and building wiring

Knowledge of making load schedule as requirement and standard

Doing modification work for a client as a requirement

Maintenance and troubleshooting all fire alarms panel initiative and notify devices

Maintenance and troubleshooting of schematic, Power and single line diagram

Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to Ensure continuous production operations.

Reviews job orders to determine work priorities.

Directs workers and contractors engaged in buildings and grounds maintenance activities

Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with maintenance staff.

Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.

inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.

Plans develop and implements new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.

Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems
