Provide instruction to students concerning various topics, advise up to 50 students plan of classes to take, serve on various standing committees, develop course content, and develop on-line courses, create special software solutions for recurring administrative functions. Led a task force on application implementation. Monitored the progression of student outcomes for up to 250 students at a time. Counseled students that are not achieving to their potential. Designed and implemented software solutions as needs arose. Key tools used: Microsoft Suite®, to include Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Using Access and system’s development methodology, initiated projects to reduce redundancy and improve accuracy to over 99.5% and achieve faster turn-around of financial distributions and institutional-wide data collection.

Specifics include hardware and software requirements for Enterprise Resource Requirements, Disaster Recovery Planning, Developing and Integrating Business Purpose Statements to align business and IT goals.
Spreadsheets I & II – These courses combine spreadsheet development basics (I) and business mathematical models (II) to include complex function development, use of VBA for end-user ease, planning and documentation requirements, integration with VB programs and database import/export features.
Database Design and Development: This course introduces the various terminology associated with database design. Proper design methodology is stressed. Culminates in a completed project that encompasses system analysis, design and implementation.
