WORKING JOB DESCRIPTION

●Having good knowledge in the maintenance of window AC and split AC

●Routine check-up and servicing of window AC and split AC

●Maintenance & Servicing of window, Split, Ductile Split, Cassette type unit Package & Central air conditioning units. PPM of all units as per maintenance schedule

●Having knowledge in VRV unit

●Maintenance and servicing experience in Package unit and troubleshooting

●Having working experience in Chiller system, operation and maintenance

●Understanding Refrigeration cycle

●AHU system and process, solution of troubleshooting

●Knowledge about FCU

●Good experience in breakdown of unit

●Knowledge about, Breakdown and troubleshooting solution of compressor, condenser, heat exchanger and cooling coil etc.

●Knowledge of cooling tower

●Knowledge how to interpret various technical data such as temperature and pressure

●Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment

●Diagnose, install, repair and maintain heating, ventilating, Refrigeration and air conditioning unit.

●Monitor the operation of mechanical equipment such as Heat Exchangers, Chilled water pumps, Pressurization Unit, Butterfly valves, Flow sensor, Temp sensors etc.
