Turnaround Scheduler at the Majnoon Facility in IRAQ
I was on a team that put together work packages from SAP and then built the Turnaround Schedule for the degasification of both sweet and sour crude oil. The T/A schedule were resource loaded and Critical path was established and managed. Earned value procedures were implemented for track progress reporting and cost control. We used Primavera v 8.3 server base software and MS Office suit. It was a high priority project, reporting progress on a daily bases. There were several contractors and Sub contractors that I had to interface with from several different countries as well as interfacing with IRAQIE nationals that worked in the facility. I was quite an experience. I know I won’t forget it anytime soon. And I would return there again, if called upon. __
