●Early on daily basis at start up shift gather production information from MES system and start loading OLT into production system based on sequencing process strictly given from MES.
●Inspection of OLT on daily bases and report any issues at upper management and mechanical engineering
●Make any repairs of the OLT as needed and then keep up with production.
●Weekend preventive maintenance (PM) which includes major inspections of industrial motors/pumps (hydraulic/electric).
●After they passed inspection then record all this into doc control system for future evaluation.
●Main chains (single and double chain) Oil them and then inspect for any damage chain, inspect all sprockets, readjust as needed tensions, inspect chain links in right direction, lubricate/grease them accordingly (Oven chain and outside chain use different types of oil/grease).
●Repair as needed industrial shuttle belts and torque nut and bolts to factory specifications (nm/foot-pound) setup.

●Take out all OLT from Skid Cleaning system then release next skids into production in short time manner and keep downtime low.
●Weekend preventive maintenance (PM) which includes major inspections of industrial motors/pumps (hydraulic/electric).
●After they passed inspection then record all this into doc control system for future evaluation.
●Main chains (single and double chain) Oil them and then inspect for any damage chain, inspect all sprockets, readjust as needed tensions, inspect chain links in right direction, lubricate/grease them accordingly (Oven chain and outside chain use different types of oil/grease).

●Occasionally when a bad weather and or electrical system is down for short periods of time, with Mr. Tim Gaxha ( Eisenmann Senior Tech) we reset all failures on PLC panels and report that to upper management.
●On weekly basis we startup the system and then after test we reset the system in standby mode for Monday morning production.
