Proficiency and expertise communication skills led to being awarded Operations Support Airman of the Year 2021 at multiple levels.

Led upgrade/qualification/proficiency training for 8 trainees utilizing live traffic and $1.2M tower Simulator System accruing more than 1,400 hours/243 days of training. During this time, training requirements were cut 10% after revising 2 Position Certification Guides. Accomplishments recognized awarded Air Mobility Command Trainer of the Year 2021.
