I took the opportunity to go to the Repair and Overhaul Center and learn Repairs utilizing SAP (IMRO) as FLL where I eliminated aging orders and worked to improve RTAT and get back on schedule for PBL contracts for Grips which had been a fleet degrader in the small bond area. We were also able to get the department back on schedule for all small bond components and I was responsible for managing the movement of the entire department to a new area of the building during expansion while executing all other FFL responsibilities earning my 3rd exceeding expectations on my PMP. In 2021 we Delivered 259 to a plan of 352 Plus 25 more ITEMS Deliveries up almost 60% for 2021 93% Reduction of RTAT 46% Reduction of non-Value-added time on -107s 66% Reduction of non-Value-added time on -108s 42% Reduction of average days in WIP -107s 43% Reduction of average days in WIP -108s.

Front Line Leader RSC

I Started on second shift covering Fab, Etch, Blast, Tubes, Composite Details, Skins & Cores, and all processes of Tail Rotors. Moving to day shift after six months I was assigned to Department 44 Tube bending shop where I would spend the next ten months. After completing a 6S project to organize and clean up the tube shop and going from six weeks behind MRP schedule to one week I was moved to Department 4J / 6NK Detail Composites and Skin & Core clean. There I would set up and establish a weekly TAKT flow chart to improve delivery of all skin & core models and help bring in new machinery (WINDER) which would help improve the quality of the 901 buggy straps, double the output which would help get them back on schedule, and improving safety. I was also responsible for helping push the 400 skins to be routed and upgraded on the KOMO with the tool that has sat for years vastly improving the efficiency and quality of parts. After only a few months there and organizational changes I was selected to move to the Tail Rotor Cell where I now work to bring the department back on MRP schedule. We are very close to 100% layup TAKT now but still working to achieve the same level of success on delivery due to multiple parts issues (212/412 tip blocks, and 2B/3B H5 Tap issues).

Responsible for 20 employees and the complete process of all models for tails rotors both glass and metal.

I have A & B Bonders, Sand & Media Blast, Press & Autoclave Operators, Machinist, Painters and Balance.

Responsible for tracking, updating, and reporting to upper management all metrics related to PTT, VTT, Safety, first time pass rate, CAB I information on scrap and rework, 4DX, and help needed to maintain adherence to meeting weekly TAKT plus all the other standard of work for front line leaders such as radar for calibration, overtime tracking, KRONOS, all departmental communications, and all training matrix (SOJTs) utilizing QlikView and the technical training library.

Responsible for answering CARs from DCMA and internal audit findings.

Sr. Logistics Engineer for support equipment serving as lead and subject matter expert for SA/IETM/IPB.

Attend weekly meetings to monitor and address engineering changes that will impact support equipment and attend production meetings when necessary to status progress on new development SERD’s as well as sustainment on all completed and in-service SERD’s for support equipment.

Incorporate engineering change orders from released drawings then using ENOVIA, submit design change notice (DCN) files to Lakehurst NJ. As the focal for support equipment, I peer review all task prior to QA submittal and ensure first time pass rates remain above departmental goals.

Estimate hours for projects and status spreadsheets capturing all task metrics used in EVMS Data.

Attend maintenance plan reviews; VAL/VER’s on all SERD’s as required and attend annual Program Management Reviews to status all contracted activities for our customer.

Served as Asset Manager with Integrated Logistics Support Demand Planning V-22 flight test team at PAX River. Responsibilities included helping to resolve parts related issues, both repairs and spares.

Created MODs, attaining signatures, submitting to SharePoint, filing, tracking, and monitoring MOD’s to update and report back to customer with estimated delivery dates via weekly conference calls.

Responsible for coordinating movement of parts, both production and non-production thru internal Bell MRP personnel and facilities using SAP. I processed military and commercial orders at plant 8 to help clear MOPs backlog learning the wrapping and packing procedures and issuing the DD-250’s.

Identifying and utilizing the process for re-activating in-active parts and loading new parts in ENOVIA so customer spares and reworks can be inducted into SAP to generate CAMs orders accomplishing any rework as defined by engineering via FTDV or ECO. I documented the process to create how to guidelines for team training purposes.

Interior Manager

Managed interior department including sheet metal and upholstery to deliver completions and refurbished corporate and military aircraft.

Responsible for the staffing, evaluating, training and discipline of as many as 6 supervisors and 40 team members. I was responsible for setting and maintaining departmental budgets.

Accountable for discrepancy rate and meeting customer delivery dates for many types of aircraft, primarily Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Cessna. Reviewed and improved or implemented processes for continuous improvement through all areas of operation using Six Sigma Training.

Accountable for meeting FAA requirements or approvals needed for certification issues (16g Seats, Burn Requirements).
