Co-ordinate with casting department to get the casting plan on Monthly, Weekly and Daily Basis for machine planning

Preparing Production planning (Machining Plan) for individual machines as per the production schedule and execution to meet batch and lot production targets

Involved in liaising and following up with the vendors

Review of Daily Production & Customer delivery plan

Preparing Capacity Plan for machines (VMC 19 Machines, CNC 4 Machines, HMC 1 Machine)

Line Balancing done for MCI Disc. Rough Braking Area Facing Operations done in First and Second Turning Operations with a Cycle Time of 120 and 115 seconds respectively:

oWhen the Rough Braking Area Facing operation was shifted to Third Turning operation the Cycle Time became 105 and 100 seconds respectively

Recognized for implementing Poka Yoke in the organization to avoid wrong side loading of inner ring and TBI Drum

Effectively brought many Line Improvements through Kaizen activities
