Disc damage PPM reduced from 1000 PPM to 50 PPM by altering chute design; introduced nylon pad on side of chuck jaws to avoid damage

Line Balancing done for MCI Disc. Rough Braking Area Facing Operations done in First and Second Turning Operations with a Cycle Time of 120 and 115 seconds respectively:

oWhen the Rough Braking Area Facing operation was shifted to Third Turning operation the Cycle Time became 105 and 100 seconds respectively

Recognized for implementing Poka Yoke in the organization to avoid wrong side loading of inner ring and TBI Drum

Effectively brought many Line Improvements through Kaizen activities
