Sr. Purchase & Planning Engineer for EI (Electronic Interlocking) system including outdoor works, IBS, HASSDAC, SSDAC works at southern railway projects.

Preparation of list of Materials required as per the BOM/DAL list of the LOA order received. Categorize into material as based on priority like EI indoor objects.

Prepare the budgetary statement for placing order purchase order to vendor/ supplier of their quotation basis and submit to the management for the approval purpose.

Contact with the vendors until material to be reached at the destination.

Coordinating with Design head and team for, To be prepare List of drawings mentioned in the project such as CCP, CRP, Outdoor circuits as based given SIP.

While tendering assist to management directors for budgetary bid as based on previous and including market fluctuation prices.

Managing the sub-contractors, supervisors and supporting team to finish the project within in given period meanwhile coordinating with ASTE & SSE department members of Railways.

Cross checking the invoices with placed purchase orders and also every month ledgers statements to maintain good relationship with vendors and also to know the outstanding amount and cash flow statement.

List out in-house Manufacturing in consultation with Production Head and list outsourcing activities and send enquires. Place the purchase order on L1 basis and intimate Quality for Quality coverage.

QC cleared items to be sent for further processing Viz. Heat Treatment, chemical and mechanical testing at NABL Labs, Plating operations, special process of Honing, Spark Erosion, Gear cutting etc. to be Co-Ordinated.

Release internal work orders as per ISO formats. Storage of Material at stores, consumption records, MRN records as per ISO traceability requirements to be monitored.

Assist Management while cost estimation are prepared for tender submission.

DIPLOMA in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Warangal with First class Aggregate: 76.65% of all semesters in the year of 2014.

SSC Passed in First class with an Aggregate: 88% from Sri Vidyanikethan High School, Garshakurthy in the year of 2011.

In 6 months, industrial training program worked as junior inspection engineer at KUN Chevrolet, Warangal.

Projects Description

1. Omni direction of wind mill with CFL bulb

Windmill converts kinetic energy to mechanical power by using the wind energy and that mechanical power converted to electrical power through generator/ dynamo motor that can be used for storage and direct using purpose.

2. Power transmission of tractor

This is a study-based project, in combustion process, energy release at power stroke that energy is transmitted from the engine through the clutch and the gearbox to the rear axle by means of a tubular propeller shaft and this process is Power transmission. 3. Design and Thermal analysis of piston

In this project determined thermal and structural analysis of piston between materials of Cast-iron and Aluminum alloy by using ANSYS, Pro-E, Auto CAD software and that has proved Aluminum material has a highest resistance capacity at stage of power stroke in combustion process.

Participated and won prizes in English essay competition at school level.

Participated and won prizes in speech competition conducted by Mandal level competitions - at school level.
