Ensured the safety and soundness of Single-Family Mortgage Operations while executing Fannie Mae contractual

Servicer obligations for Credit Risk Transfer Transactions. As a result of the 2008 mortgage crisis, the current regulator Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) issued regulation to ensure liquidity and stability that caused Fannie Mae to share risk with other finance partners such and re-insurers and other investors, thus the emergence of CRT transactions.
