Operations Manager

• Assist in the implementation of lean and six sigma initiatives to help provide a framework for the Anel Production System to be developed and sustained by a Team and Group leader organizational structure.

• Develop and facilitate leadership training on topics such as lean tools, six sigma concepts, coaching, and problem solving.
