Leading a team of 2 product owners and 23 developers tasked with the definition, development of and implementation of product features and releases for a PAAS/SAAS Privacy solution.

Set the vision, roadmap, and direction for OneTrust’s Customer Data Platform, Access and Security, Syndication, and Data Services applications.

Managed the product roadmap, backlog, and end-to-end delivery of all data services in support of YP’s web and mobile customer portals, operational tools, and syndication APIs as well as identify new data products or services to deliver value from new and existing data points.

Gather and define product goals, KPIs, and requirements (functional, technical, and data) from internal and external stakeholders to ensure data products and services deliver value on overall business goals.

Scrum Product Owner for three agile development teams tasked with on time delivery of data systems and platforms to ensure local business and customer data is cleaned, validated, ingested and indexed into Hadoop clusters (HBase, Hive, HDFS) and managed by MESOS in order to provide scalable real time data across customer portals, partner syndication feeds, and internal tools via API’s, emailed CSV files, data visualization dashboards, and syndication endpoints to over 60 partners.

Rebuilt the data platform using a micro-services architecture (Kafka, Mesos, Hive, Hadoop) leading to a two-fold increase in platform capacity, growing form a max of 500K API calls a day to a normal operating load of 1M API calls a day and the ability to quickly scale to 1.5M when needed. In addition, the new platform architecture cut hosting costs by 3M a year and reduced development time to integrate or launch a new endpoint from 2 weeks to just 3 days.
