Additional information

I have resolved many issues for clients where there was nobody else to do it and I take the initiative to ensure that client complaints and queries are resolved. I have been instrumental in retaining clients through transitional stages when Directors have left the firm and there was nobody else that clients knew to approach for assistance. I have identified areas in which the firm could increase revenue by bringing to their attention that in respect of certain ongoing fiduciary matters the firm’s fees have not been reviewed and increased for a number of years.

In one matter I scrutinized a policy document and ascertained that the policy had a funeral cover attached to it. Although the time for submitting the claim had lapsed I was successful in getting the surviving spouse a cash payment from the policy. I provide excellent services to client in a professional and speedy manner and strive for excellence in my work.

I have also served on the BEE committee and social committee for about 3 consecutive years. As a member of the BEE committee I contributed ways and ideas in which we can develop the staff of the company and attract competent staff members when positions become vacant.
