To Recipient Name:

Thank you for the opportunity to be considered for your current career opening. I have many years of experience in the medical field, but possess skills that are valuable to positions in many different industries.

In my experiences, I have gained the ability to establish and maintain courteous and cooperative (service oriented) working relations with clients and co-workers. I have honed critical thinking skills to understand the needs of an incoming caller. I possess the ability to coordinate and prioritize work on multiple projects amid frequent interruptions and redirection. I have the ability to collect, organize, and comprehend large amounts of data effectively and accurately. I am able to multi-task effectively and time-efficiently with minimal supervision. I use discretion and independent judgment to resolve complex complaints. I am detailed oriented.

I have excellent written communication skills, proficient in documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. I have worked from home for the past 10 years which has required working in multiple computer systems, going between several at a time to coordinate data into one record. I have experience in Outlook, MS Word, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, and Excel.

While currently not seeking employment as a registered nurse, I continue to work with the California Board of Registered Nursing to have my license restored.

Sincerely,

Holly Dickson
