South Eastern Association of Local Governments - Price, UT September 2017 to March 2019

We helped people in our community with their utility bills with funding provided by the HEAT program. HEAT opens in November and ends in April and we serve four different counties within our state.

I started as an intake worker and my third season I was asked to be the Editor. This position came with more responsibility and I enjoyed helping and answering coworkers questions.

I made a number of different reports daily along with being very organized with tracking the hundreds of applications that came into our office. This was very sensitive information of the clients so following HIPAA and making sure everyone was following our policies with securing/destroying that information. Communication and professionalism is a given in any workplace, with coworkers and the clients we served.

Office Assistant

Tram Electric - Price, UT

October 2014 to December 2015

I did the Reports in the front office which is directly related to the shop. When the motors arrive on site they are tested and the information was then passed on to me. As the repair and rebuild process continued I gathered additional testing information and photographs which I would build my reports with per customer requirements. I would then send the reports to the customer and direct any questions to the correct departments.

I was responsible for organizing all of the photos and test information on my hard drive. I would go out to the shop and download some of the testing information myself once a week and create graphs to show the customer motor/pump specs.

It was part of the office responsibilities to take turns being the secretary. The secretary took in the order for pick up and delivery of motors by following specific procedures that we all had to know and cross trained in all office responsibilities. I communicated with the shop supervisors and office personal on a daily basis. Customer service was a big role and very important. I was also taught basic AutoCAD. The machinists would provide me with measurements which I would use to create drawings to be approved by the

customer. Then the shop would machine that part and I would do the report for the customer. CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Everything was very fast paced because time matters as far getting medications passed on time. Vitals signs and dressing changes, assisting the hospice staff, communication with nurses and other staff on the floor. Customer service played a big role because nursing staff is so close to the families of the patients. There are a lot of different emotions so being able to keep every situation calm and happy is very important. I had my CNA
