Follow safe work practices at all times and Attending daily safety meeting with my team.

Carrying out Welding Procedures and Welder Qualification Test, and maintaining the records.

Preparing PQR & WPS as per required specification.

Welding Essential Variables: Preheating temperature, consumables and the welding monitoring as well as amperage, volts, travel speed, heat input and inter-pass temperature according to the welding procedure specification (WPS).

Make sure pre-weld, during weld, post-weld, dimensional control against fabrication drawings.

Collaborates with departments and external suppliers regarding Quality concerns. Monitor shop Activities to ensure conformance with applicable Buildings Codes, Standards, Policies, Procedures and/or Drawings Specifications

Manage and Conduct Audits at Welding and Paint Departments
