Post Acute Medical Hospital ( Respiratory Therapist) 4/22- Present I set up low and high flow oxygen to patients if or when needed. Deliver Aerosol treatments, perform Chest Percussion, set up and monitor Cpap/Bipaps machines. Set up Trach care for tracheotomy patients. Administer MDI'S and obtain Arterial blood gases.

Nuwest Health ( Respiratory Therapist) 2/22- 3/18/22 The Agency hired me to work with COVID patients. I was placed on standby if they needed extra help. Meanwhile I was staged in the event if the hospital needed extras. Favorite Staffing /Oregan Science University Hospital 12/21-01/22 Got hired to work with COVID patients. Was staged/standby for a month. Krucial Staffing/ ST Elizabeth hospital 8/21-10/21( Respiratory Therapist) Worked in the ICU and ER with COVID and non Covid patients.Assisted with Intubation and Bronchs.Weaned patients from the ventilators. Performed ABG’S, aerosol treatments on patients. Set up ventilators and weaning parameters. Worked on trach patients, suctioned them, cleaned the trachs and changed the inner cannula and trachs. Krucial Staffing ( Methodist Midlothian Hospital)12/2020-/4/2021(Respiratory Therapist) I worked in ICU and ER area. I worked with Covid patients. I administered oxygen, MDI's and Aerosol treatments to patients. Placed patients on noninvasive and invasive ventilators while monitoring the machines. Worked on trach patients as well.

KINDRED Hospital Dallas 8/2020/- 02/21(Respiratory Therapist) I worked in ICU and the general floors. I administer aerosol treatments. I set up Airvo, Optiflow, low and high Oxygen machines. I place patients on noninvasive and invasive ventilators. I intubated and extubated per Dr's orders. Place patients on trach set ups along with full trach care. Envolve PeopleCare 07-2014/ 2019 (Respiratory Health Coach) I work with members of various employers providing health coaching such as Tobacco Coaching, Asthma and COPD Disease Management. I reach out to these members to assist them with their diseases the Dr’s have diagnosed them with. I’m also that extra resource for them along with their Dr’s to help identify any possible triggers, symptoms and barriers they may be experiencing with the disease they’ve been diagnosed with. As well I go over with the members on how to use their medications properly, if their using their medications properly and I assess their symptoms to determine if any specific medicines should be added to their regimen. I educate on Asthma and COPD pathology and I go over the member’s current symptoms and triggers to be able to keep the member’s disease under control and keep them out of the ER and prevent hospitalizations. As well I coach members that use tobacco and provide them with the various tips, education and barriers to assist them in the quitting process. HEALTH CARE SUPPORT 02/2014- 07/2014 (Tobacco Treatment Health Coach) Worked as a Tobacco Health Coach in assisting members in quitting tobacco. Worked with members to assist them in identifying any possible triggers they had to bring the urge on to smoke. Assessed different barriers the members had that were hindering them in quitting. Provided tips, suggestions and education in reference to tobacco. Discussed various NRT’S to further assist them in the quitting process. I helped the members in setting personal goals for themselves to help them to aim to become tobacco free.

Kindred Transitional Care and Rehab ( Respiratory Therapist) 3/2012– 09/2013 Job duties consisted of evaluating patients for the pulmonary rehab program. I managed and conducted

training for the pulmonary rehab program. Provided aerosol treatments to patients along with Providing Pep therapy/ CPT therapy and low/high flow oxygen. Set up and conducted Trach in– services for employees. Placed patients on Cpap/ Bipap machines along with monitoring the every four hours.

Regional Medical Center ( Respiratory Therapist) 8/30/2010 - 07/2012 Worked on the general floors, general ICU, Trauma ICU, the Burn Unit and ER. Placed and monitored patients on noninvasive and invasive ventilators. Weaned patients off the ventilators along with assisting the physicians with intubations . Weaned and extubated patients off of the ventilators. Delivered aerosol treatments along with providing low-flow and high– flow oxygen to patients. Placed patients on trach set– ups along with providing full trach care along with suctioning. I also performed ABG’s on patients and responded and assisted with emergency codes. As well I worked alongside with physicians to perform bronchs on patients. I also performed Chest Percussion on the patients via a machine and manually with my hand and sometimes a percusser. Postural drainage was performed as well. Transported ventilator patients to and from CT and X ray while providing them with oxygen via ambu bag. Baptist Memorial Hospital ( Respiratory Therapist) 7/07– 12/23/2011 Job duties consisted of assessing and evaluating patients with cardio, pulmonary problems and etc. Delivered aerosol treatments to patients. Provided low flow and high flow oxygen along with performing CPT and ABG’S on patients. Assisted with intubations in emergency codes. Placed and monitored patients on ventilators in the ICU and ER. Cpap and Bipap machines were placed on patients along with monitoring. Complete trach care was provided along with educating the family members of those with permanent trachs.

Lebonheur Children’s Medical Center ( Respiratory Therapist) 7/02—06/07 Worked directly with the asthma educators for our asthmatic patients. Educated parents of the patients on preventative methods to avoid possible future asthma attacks in their kids. Also worked with peds, neonates and infants in the NICU and ER. Placed and weaned patients off noninvasive and invasive ventilators. Performed CPT, ABG’S and capillary heel sticks on patients. Also worked with Cystic Fibrous and Sickle Cell patients in managing their diseases. Taught CPR to parents and family members that were in the household with the child that was being cared for.
