-Monitor all outside equipment.

2012 – 2016
SUB SEA FIELD SUPPORT TEAM LEADER, Noble drilling
-Train assistant Subsea Engineers and new hires.
-Ensure that each trainee has the proper safety training, and that they follow all the Noble Drilling safety policies.
-Educate a team of 4- 5 Subsea Trainees in roles & responsibilities of a subsea engineer. Instill Nobles policies and procedures. Supervise each trainee's technical training through an approved training matrix for outside training provided by approved vendors. This training provides up to date knowledge on multiple BOP equipment designs.
-Maintained 4th,5th and 6th gen BOPs, Shaffer 160k MRTs, 600k & 1000k CMC, Shaffer DT2 and FTH riser; as well as the associated surface well control equipment.
-Assisted in training subordinate subsea personnel in rig specific as well as industry standard procedures.
-Maintained critical spares inventory through budgeting and inventory control.
1991 – 2012
DIAMOND OFFSHORE
-Started out as a roustabout, assisting with loading and unloading of crew/work boats and assisting the rig crew.
-Worked with the Driller and roughnecks, tripping pipe and drilling.
-Promoted to Assist Subsea where I would assist the Senior Subsea with BOP testing, maintenance and daily activities.
-Promoted to Senior Subsea where I oversaw the maintenance and planning of all End of Well work.
1986 – 1991
US ARMY
-Joined the Army in 1986.
-Assigned to a mechanical support unit, where I performed maintenance on wheel and tracked vehicles.
