Senior Operations Manager

• Increased NPO from 1.5% to 4% percent in first 7 months and then ultimately to a record 13.4%. Directed a crew of 85+ in the rebuilding and reorganization of a catering organization. My Challenge was a Food cost of 65%, Labor costs of 30%, Low P&L results, Declining Sales and a low Crew Moral. Beginning employment in 1997 with a NPO of 1.5%. Reporting a 300% NPO increase to 4.7% in the first seven months, with staffing changes, team building, office organization and financial reconstruction. By 1998 The Labor cost and Food cost had both exceeded the forecast budget. The sales had increased by 17% and the NPO was increased to a record 13.4%. 1999 projected sales to exceed $2.5M. Coordinated the development of exclusive catering menus for ACM Aviation and the San Jose Jet Center.
