Mr. Webster has over 20 years of experience in roadway construction, CEI, and Quality Control inspection. During his 12 years as QC technician at CW Roberts, Martin was involved in nearly every project CW Roberts completed in NW Florida. He brings a wealth of experience in the techniques, procedures, and specifications involving asphalt paving and production. Mr. Webster worked for 12 years as a QC technician and inspector responsible for overseeing asphalt paving and plant production operations for numerous transportation projects throughout the state.
