Position – Shift Production Trainer 08/21 – Current

Responsibilities: Maintain all training and employee requirements at the plant level. Perform new hire orientation. Coordinate the review, approval and distribution of SOIs. Administer and troubleshoot LMS for all users. Initiate and implement and schedule and lead classroom training sessions, training plans. and procedures. Maintain training records. Managing tools such as Surfscan, Leighton, Vertex, MRD-X-ray, Metalorganic Chemical Vapor Deposition, Dektak, bright light and microscope inspection and other metrology equipment. Ability to work independently without close supervision. Assisting the company in receiving the Certificate of Achievement from the City of Phoenix along with the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 Certifications.

ON SEMICONDUCTOR (Staffmark Staffing Services) Position – Production Operator II 03/04 – 10/04 Responsibilities: Certified in the Photolithogy Glass and Wet/Dry Etches in a high volume mini wafer fabrication area. Maintaining Perkin Elmer 540 and 640 alignment tools, SVG coaters and developers, Vapor Prime, PM checks. Performing scheduled tasks as needed in the Non-Destructive (Class 10 cleanroom) and Destructive areas.

CALIFORNIA MICRO DEVICES Position – Manufacturing Technician III 01/03 – 10/03 Responsibilities: Working both Photolithogy and Etch departments. Ran 340 and 540 Perkin Elmer and Canon alignment tools. Handling a wide range of hazardous, semiconductor chemicals and gases. Weekly

task of disassembling and reassembling SVG Coaters and Developers for weekly detailed cleaning and PM checks. Assist Warehouse personnel fulfilling customer orders.

LAWRENCE SEMICONDUCTOR RESEARCH LABORATORIES INC. Position – Technical Associate III 03/01 – 09/01

Responsibilities: Specialize in the operation of ASM reactors. Reconfiguring reactor recipes for research purposes. Training and certifying in the operation of various cleanroom tools such as Filmetrics, Surfscan, ADE, Tencor and SRP fabrication. Interacting closely with Production, Maintenance and Engineering departments, defining and implementing changes in procedure, ensuring all deviations were in compliance. with customer specifications within R&D cleanroom environment.

PRIMARION INC. Position – Production Operator III/Designated Trainer 03/00 – 03/01 Responsibilities: Experienced in the Photolithography department. Operating and maintained SVG coaters and developers along with 240, 340 and 540 Perkin Elmer alignment tools, while conducting manual and automated microscope inspection. Train new employees while cross training and certifying current employees. Participated in the ISO 9000 certification process while working closely with QA and Engineering.

MOTOROLA – COMPUTER GROUP Position – Production Operator III 12/96 – 07/97 Responsibilities: Trained in the process of Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). Assisted team members as needed, working both Warehouse and Board Prep areas. Certified at Wave solder, SMT and Thru-hole and Final Test. Performed crucial Rework PCB repairs, complying with IPC-A-610D standards. Ability to interpret assembly blueprints, test and complex schematic drawings. Track delinquent customer orders and maintained documentation. Assembled IBM and Motorola computers.
