1.Currently Working in Cona Electricals Pvt Ltd. As a Regional Manager Since Nov,21 to Till Date.

Key Responsibilities

Promote Electrical products. (General and Modular Switches & Accessories, Light and Luminaries (LED Lights), Wires & Cables, MCB,DBs)

Procure Retails businesses as well as institutional.

Attend to the product complaints. Train and guide Sales officers who supplement the sales efforts of the company sales staff. Warehouse Management, Logistic etc.

Appoint distributors and Dealers- as per the business need.

recruiting and managing local field staff, collection on time.

To develop new customers with retention of existing customers & clients

MIS Report

1) Prepare Competitors report on regular basis

3) Action Plan / Commitment Report to GM.
