Description of project: The objective of this project is to install a produced water collection system including Produced Water Collection Tank (PWCT), PWCT pump and associated pipework to eliminate the disposal of the produced water from storage tanks at KMDS, FMDS and JDS into the aquifer. Water collected in the PWCT shall be transferred to the new PWST inlet.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the HSE Department, day to day operations ensuring teamwork, high performance standards and targets are met.
To developing and implementing organizational safety programs.
Evaluate the workplace environment and develop safety-management policies that identify and define the safety responsibilities of all employees.
Maintain an appropriate level of awareness knowledge and preparedness across the organization, and coordinate training programs for employee.
To educate workers to deal with potential hazards, such as accidental exposure to high amount of radio frequency energy and electrical fault.
Develop and conduct appropriate training.
Direct and manage Risk Assessments, Hazard Assessments and HAZOPS
Incident Investigations.
Ensure development of effective Emergency Response Plans.
Maintain, review and update the HSE policies.
