Summary

Life long experience in electronics- both through targeted education and hands on experience. My strength in electronics has always been improving the circuit design after troubleshooting the cause of failure. Finding the weak point and improving it has been the primary source of my electronic knowledge through hands on experience. Areas of personal expertise include: High power electronics, Audio amplifiers, Instrumentation and controls, Switch mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, inverters, motor controllers (Phase controlled, PWM and VFDs), automotive electronics, acoustics and speaker designs. I am very familiar with schematics, blue prints, mechanical drawings, Windows, Word, Excel, PCAD, and AutoCAD.
