Hired as Senior Maintenance Technician to restructure Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program. The majority of the manufacturing equipment were hybrid machines comprised of 5-axis Mills, Lathes, laser etching, grinding and polishing machines with little or no OEM maintenance documentation. The primary job duty was to edit existing and create new Preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for maintenance technicians to follow.

Summary

Life long experience in electronics- both through targeted education and hands on experience. My strength in electronics has always been improving the circuit design after troubleshooting the cause of failure. Finding the weak point and improving it has been the primary source of my electronic knowledge through hands on experience. Areas of personal expertise include: High power electronics, Audio amplifiers, Instrumentation and controls, Switch mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, inverters, motor controllers (Phase controlled, PWM and VFDs), automotive electronics, acoustics and speaker designs. I am very familiar with schematics, blue prints, mechanical drawings, Windows, Word, Excel, PCAD, and AutoCAD.
