Job description: To participate in diagnosis and repair of major breakdowns and to estimate time of repair and ensure timely return of repaired equipment’s. to assist maintenance Engineer in organizing spare parties ordering plan and check stock list and supervise lifting operation in job where assigned MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Job description: To performing breakdown and carrying out planned and unplanned maintenances on varieties of mobile equipment’s with aim of delivering results that meets quality standards and company expectations which includes JSA, FLRA, Hazards Identifications and SOPs MAJOR RESPOSIBILITIES

Performing general fabrications of diesel fuel tanks, cooling system and water tanks for machines

Repairing and conducting heavy welding and fabrications in workshop on the following mining caterpillar trucks: Hitachi 785 and 777s, Liebher EH 3500 AC and Excavators 984, 9250 and 9350, Liebher 764 Dozer, komatsu motor Grader 675 etc.

Performing extreme successes on performing stick welding techniques, submerged welding techniques, flux core welding techniques, metal inert gas welding (MIG) so are Brazing, Gouging and lancing out pins so is carrying out modifications on existing equipment site setups. Performing general fitting tasks and fabricated components or modified components on mining ore fleets etc.

Job description: Performing fabrication, welding tasks in the processing plant, Crushing and Conveying, Milling and Floatation and the filtration and TSF (Tailings storage Facilities) sections etc. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

> Changed side rails and back plates on vibratory screens so are rusted handrails and fabrication of worn out launders etc. performed fabrication of new pipelines and repairing of damaged pipelines. Repaired ball and sag mill feed chutes and spouts. Changed out pebble crusher bowl and mantle and main frame liners so are primary crusher spider sleeve and head nuts in conjunction with Artisan fitters and riggers etc. repaired apron feeders and replacing of flight pans, rollers and fabricated drive stands etc.

Ensured that jobs allocated are always completed to a high quality and standard and provide quality feedback. Renewing of defective Cyclones spigots, and pipe work systems.

For day to day mechanical maintenance of the processing plant.

Welding and fabrication of pipes at tailings leach plant
