Serves as SAMD Program Manager for the Foreign Liaison Officer (FLO) Program within the Security Assistance Management Directorate with responsibility for planning, organizing, controlling, directing, integrating, coordinating, analyzing, and evaluating efforts in support of the Foreign Liaison Officer Program. Provides leadership training and certification requirements to all SAMD Foreign Liaison Officer Program Contact Officers within all SAMD Divisions.

In addition to the above, provides essential support to SAMD Director and Divisions in support of Program Review, In Process Reviews, etc., as primary AMCOM Protocol liaison. As such coordinates the appropriation and development of proper ceremonial gifts/awards necessary for presentation to Foreign Military leaders during said meetings.

Provides advice and direction to SAMD Business Management Office personnel regarding budget and funding issues related to past and prospective projects/services provided by the US Army Garrison, Directorate of Public works at Redstone Arsenal and AMCOM Graphics and Publication services.
