LE GROUPE DELTA,S.A.-COMMONWEALTH DOMINICA, and SAN JOSE, CR As Managing Director and member of Board of Directors set goals and plans to achieve the financial targets of the main company and three (3) subsidiaries. As Chief Financial Officer I was responsible for the P&L,, controlled the annual budget of the corporation, and the in and out of funds in US, Euro, and other currencies. In the parent company I oversaw departments such as Human Resources, Operations, Marketing, Sales mentoring a staff of professionals marketing the lease and financing of Commercial, aero planes, and Military Non-Combatant Aircraft including Transport Helicopters. Additionally, Maritime Vessels to US and Foreign Carriers, and private corporations throughout the US, LATAM, Europe, Middle-East, and other continents.

Negotiated purchase of “New” passenger aircraft as well as cargo converted equipment from OEM such as Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, and several other manufacturers. Also, purchased second-hand passenger and cargo aircraft from airlines, banks, and open market for resale or lease. Same program applied to turbo-fan engines from Pratt and Whitney, GE, Rolls Royce and many more. We also bought, sold, and leased commercial Maritime Vessel and equipments. Negotiated with top-level banks, and financial investment funds primary and secondary funds required acquire and lease mentioned high-ticket items to customers throughout the world. This company was established 2002 as a “startup” and successfully raised annual sales of over 500M USD. Portfolio of inventory was sold to an Investment Group in March, 2019. Also, led "privately" held financial funds subsidiary, structuring operating and finance leases as Senior Debt Lender or Equity Player for "New,” and "Used" aircraft, and “major” ticket items such as Oil Exploration Platforms (Maritime and Land), Oil Cargo Super Vessels, Electric Power Plants, and several other line items. This division went from ground zero to 500M USD in business, in a period of less than eight (8) years. As Vice President/COO of this major supplier of replacement parts for aircraft engines and lease of turbo-fan engines to the aviation industry Commercial, Corporate, and Military led a staff of 53 sales and support professionals marketing our business worldwide. Developed and unprecedented and innovative Programs which saved airlines millions of dollars in the cost of repairing Engines and increased revenues for AMERICAN TECHNICAL SUPPLIERS by 200%. Designed, developed, and led the operations of a FAA Repair Station. Together with other innovative program of renting turbo-engines under Power by the Hour which only “some” OEM offered a similar arrangement, no one else in the industry did. In 8 years led the company from

"start-up" to sales exceeding 100 mm USD per year company was sold to a European Investment Group for several millions of Usd more than original investment. In summary, under my direction AMERICAN TECHNICAL SUPPLIERS was transformed from a supplier of commercial aircraft spare parts to a major Manager of Turbine Engines Overhaul, and finally the leasing of engines to the airline industry.

Previously, I was Chief Investigator, Fugitives/Hostage Negotiations and Organized Crime Units of the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office, State of New Jersey where I received several commendations. Trained recent hired Assistant Prosecutors and Investigators on Courtroom on expected manners and procedures.

At age 21 after working 6 months as Assistant to General Manager for US Metals Refining Company In Carteret, NJ (largest precious metal refining company in the US at that time with over 5,000 employees)., I was appointed Project Manager of the Copper Department, production increased by 3 folds, settled disputes with labor unions, reduced turnover significantly, and was named Manager of the Year before plant closed due to “down-market.” EDUCATION AND TRAINING
