Masbate Gold Mining Project

• Ensure the normal operating condition and full capacity of the powerplant to supply maximum load to Masbate Gold mining process.

• Constantly communicate with the auxiliary, engine and control room operator the status of the process and equipment in the powerplant during the shift.

• Validate the status of online, standby and under maintenance equipment of the powerplant turned over by the supervisor duty on the previous shift.

• Provide instructions on the operators on duty within the shift regarding the daily activities to achieve the target date of completion while simultaneously maintaining the safe and reliable powerplant operation.

• Prepare shift's daily operation report regarding the activities and data collected by the operators on the status of all equipment, diesel engine's fuel and lube oil consumption, crankcase pressure, raw and soft water usage and analysis.

• Train the newly hired and regular operators (refresher course) on how to safely and correctly operate the processes and equipment in a diesel powerplant operation.
