RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

(a) Conducting and teaching of practical sessions and giving tutorials to students on programming languages such as Java and C++, among other software tools.

(b) Developing various computer science practical manuals for all students within the Faculty of Science.

(d) Attending to the welfare of all staff of the Department.

(e) Invigilating students during semester examination.

(f) Preparing and delivering lectures to both full-time and part-time undergraduate students.

(g) Being the course adviser to the undergraduate students admitted in 2015/2016 session, and she was engaged with them academically, throughout their four years regular programme in the University.

(h) Supervising the documentation of Departmental staff during accreditation exercises.

(i) Managing the Departmental timetable for full-time undergraduate programmes, as the Departmental timetable officer.

(j) Attending statutory Departmental and Faculty board meetings.

(k) Coordinating second year students during their community service within the school.

(l) Conducting seminars and practical sessions for undergraduate and post-graduate students.

(m) Collating all degree results in part-time programmes for presentation to the University Senate.

(n) Active participation in Departmental course curriculum review.

(o) Tutoring undergraduate and post-graduate students, accessing them via assignments, tests and examinations.

(p) Supervising final year students as they carry out their project work and third year students on industrial training.

(q) Marking and grading undergraduate students test, assignments, seminars and semester examinations.
