Whistleblower / Qui Tam: Represented Relator in both a Medicare Fraud Case, which settled, and a Telecommunication Fraud Qui Tam which had a multi-million dollar settlement. U.S. ex rel. Lyttle v. AT&T Corp., No. 2:10-cv-1376 (W.D. Pa.). Worked directly with U.S. Attorney Office, Performed extensive document review, research including patent searches, wrote multiple motions and briefs, and performed oral argument at conferences and hearings.
