Managed a year-long mentoring programme for over 1000 rangatahi (youth) from across New Zealand and match them with influential mentors.

Delivered and hosted multiple events, including Youth Summits, Formal Networking Events, International and Domestic Tours. Managed a NZD$400k+ contract to deliver the programme across the country across several years, build relationships with funders and expanded the programme from two locations in 2019 to seven locations in 2022. Overlooked the operations of the entire organization, including three fully functional departments, 35 staff members across the country and ensured that task, KPI's and objectives were met.
