Experience in calculating advance Income Tax for staffs and executives by

deducting TDS and remitting to the Income tax Department and I also have

WIP Control:

I have also maintained documents pertaining to the maintaining of WIP and

giving MIS Reports to the Management about the movement of goods, Finished

goods despatches and balance stock in stage wise for analyzing & expediting

work.

Costing Analysis:

In Manufacturing Unit I have prepared Cost estimates and real cost with

Standard cost and

Analysis the variance of each and every product produced with respect to

Material,labour and overhead and find out the reasons for such deviations.

I have done fixing of cost of each product based on raw materials, packing

materials and overheads .I have also done variance analysis of Actual

Labor, Materials with Standard Labor and find out the reasons for such

variances

Administration, Office Management, Liaoning and Statutory Auditors

Maintaining of Statutory Records like PF, ESI, Professional Tax and Labor

welfare fund, Sales Tax, Income Tax, Invoicing and Supply Monitoring,

Transportation and Documents pertaining to the goods movement, effective

control of Office and Factory by maintaining good relation with staffs and

labors and internal and statutory auditors besides Government bodies

Maintaining attendance of the staffs and regulate the movements of the

staffs

accounts finalization with the statutory auditors, GST filing, Income tax

filing, reconciliations of bank, as well as group company reconciliations,

and co-ordinate with Internal auditors and preparing financial statements

in accordance with Accounting Standards of ICAI, and other Government

bodies and well experience in direct and indirect taxation
