different American food. I used the grill, griddle, stove, oven and fryer among other kitchen equipment.

I worked as a line cook as well as a prep cook simultaneously. I would be responsible for setting up my
station and prepping all i need for the shift. Rotisserie Chicken and Carnitas was the specialty, I was in
charge of marinating and cooking the chicken. We would constantly cook through out the shift as
needed and leave the marinades for the following day. After every shift I would have to make sure that
everything is sanitized and turned off and ready to go the next morning.

I worked as a catering/prep cook at the catering kitchen and also as a pantry cook working in the
restaurant line. My job as a catering cook were to cook and prepare dishes for catering to our
customers. Most of our food came in large platters (sandwiches, satay, biscuits, vegetable, etc.) or bowls
(salads,soups,dips) and the variety of the food cooked was mixed. As a pantry cook my job was to work
the breakfast-lunch shift and to cook and plate waffles, sandwiches, salads, eggs and other types of
American food. Also i would cover the dishwashing station when ever needed.

My duties included food preparation, bussing tables, assisting in the kitchen and dishwashing. Mainly
vegetable chopping and meat preparation but also a lot of mixing and blending. Part of my duties were
to also restock the restaurant, the soda fountain, and make sure the dining area was prepared for our
customers, to assist the cashiers and cooks when needed.
