• I passed the ISO 9001 re-certification after only six months of employment at R&R Technologies. This achievement came after one and a half years of very little quality management at the facility.

• I had a test method published in the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standard for carriages and strollers. This test in F833 was designed to test the structural integrity of the carriage or stroller. The test was modified a little (weight location change), but still followed the same procedure and protocol.

• I was involved in the design and quality of over 500 consumer products without a single government recall.

• I organized and upgraded the quality laboratory in at Dorel Juvenile Group (Columbus manufacturing plant) so that it was certifiable by a third party accredited laboratory. MEMBERSHIPS:
