EDUCATION
Frontier High School / Ben Barber Career Technical Academy, Mansfield, TX - High School Diploma
August 2014 - June 2016
I graduated in the Top 5% of my class, was a part of the National Honors Society, and learned American Sign Language. I also did an internship during the time I spent at Frontier. I was a Student Teacher in a Kindergarten Classroom, where I learned time management skills, leadership and teamwork, and how to resolve conflicts. I assisted in preparations for classwork and did one on one time with students to help them with their struggles individually. I also did Co-Teach Lessons and DRA testing. During my time in High School, I also enrolled in courses through Tarrant County College.
Southern New Hampshire University - Currently Enrolled
I am currently working on obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice
VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
All Star Equestrian Foundation, Mansfield, TX
October 2013 - March 2015
During my time with All Star I cleaned horse stalls, cared for the horses, managed where horses were at certain periods of time, and assisted people with Special Needs by side-walking during class and using a lift for people in wheelchairs. I stopped volunteering due to an injury at the stables.
