I repair, maintain maintenance, overhaul & troubleshooting many pieces of equipment. I have the ability to working knowledge how to disassemble & reassemble gas compressors, steam turbines, generators, pumps, & all alignments. Align & reassemble gearboxes, work around & with HVAC units, in the turbine industry I have the ability to set Fin Fans, Blades, check blades, bearings, & much more Auxiliary Equipment. The ability to Read Dial Indiactors, calibration to equipment with laser transitions, place shims when equipment isn't in set revision. Dismantle, assemble, move & align machinery using overhead cranes, chain falls, hand tools, and other precision tools, micrometers, ect. The ability to read Blueprints, Map in field changes, [ Heat Mapping, Weld Mapping, MTRS ] understand objectives obstacles, inspections, installation, disassemble/ reassemble & work orders & layout plans, industrial establishment. Understand MTRS [ Material work order sheets & placements. ] Precision measuring through micrometers, calipers, torque wrenches, with good communications skills with others for material Loads, transport, unloading material, right tools needed to perform work such as [ cost amount, feet size, and ect for purchases. ] Make work orders for equipment failures, oil leaks, and ect. I hold a high degree of attention and communication to prevent injury to self and or others.
