Duties/Responsibilities

Batchmaker responsibilities: responsible for mixing

ingredients, inspecting batches for defects, recording

batch data. LEAD responsibilities: insure that my

assignated department is well staffed, resolve conflicts.

Ensuring stafff members follow company policies and

procedures, adheres to quality and standards and help

the business accomplish its goals. Generate reports to

upper level management,Also part of my role is to help

train new employees and perform a variety of other tasks.
