●Directly report to the VP of Human Resources in Germany and support the General Managers at each location.
●Manage, train and support all Human Resources divisions within the United States to correlate with Corporate office in Germany.
●Set up three new divisions of SAS Human Resources from inception within the United States; California, Alabama and Michigan (2 out of 3 sites are nonunion).
