I began my position as a part-timer, and held out that position until I became the lead associate of the store, which means I obtain a key, and I was also promoted to the stores cosmetician. In this field, I managed, ordered, and put out all of the cosmetics. I made sure that my aisle was ALWAYS neat and organized to maintain my customers happiness. I had to choose between being lead associate and cosmetician because I could no longer be both. I chose to be cosmetician because my love of makeup is so strong and is a passion of mine. I love this field and would love to pursue a long lasting career in it. I was cosmetician for a year and learned so much that I would love to portray onto others. I have the ability to lead, inspire, and teach other people. I listen to how others feel and do what is best for the company and employees. I would absolutely love to be a part of this team.
