Partnered with Sales Operations to facilitate different shipping needs troubleshooting data issues with SAP ERP and Salesforce applications.

Global PMO Pipeline Irvine, CA 7/2016 – 9/2018
Managed a global project to reduce global distribution and logistics costs by opening 2 3PL Warehouses China & Singapore in order to perform PO Consolidation and DC-bypass for Americas, EMEA and APAC Billabong regional distribution centers.
Partnered with Asia 3PL to on-board 100+ vendors to utilize WebASN. This tool enabled Billabong to distribute Purchase Orders to vendors, which in turn allowed the vendor to print UPC & UCC labels, packing lists and generate ASN EDI consistently across vendors which allowed for scan receipts by 3PL and Billabong in-region distribution centers.
Consolidated 3 Billabong regions to utilize a single Freight Forwarder and customs clearance partner. Single freight forwarder allowed Billabong to reduce freight and customs costs and put in place globally standardized processes, increased visibility and reporting of international freight shipments.
Reduced NA distribution footprint by eliminating Canada warehouse and increasing US warehouse capacity and throughput.
