My job responsibilities were mainly to room patients and make sure they were ready to see the provider. I would obtain vitals, and update the patients chart, and make sure they were prepared for that visit or procedure that they might be scheduled for. I would perform ear irrigations, EKG’s, PFT’s and give injections when ordered. I would also help with patient call backs, and referrals. I also made sure patient rooms were stocked.
