Key Accountabilities:

Project Document Control Systems:

Organize Document Register and Master Data List activities;

Maintain controlled documentation using documentation management system including conducting day to

day document quality checks, maintenance and version control of electronic and paper documents and

monitoring electronic folder structure in order to ensure alignment to the organization’s requirements.

Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents,

drawings, and commercial correspondence.

Participate in the implementation of established documentation procedures.

Performs document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.

Track progress and record tasks for all activities, report status of all ongoing activities to Program Manager

on a daily basis.

To develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures for documents (records) management in line

with best industry practices, regulatory and compliance requirements.

To identify, categorize and code documents, perform quality control checks as needed, maintain files, and

file/retrieve documents from hard copy filing systems in central archive.

Electronic file indexing / archiving. (Ensure the orderly storage of documents / drawings in a controlled area

with limited access and their expedient retrieval when requested).

Demonstrable ability to work on smaller multiple projects and complete high Quality work against strict and

conflicting deadlines.

Design Engineering Document Control Systems:

Compiles and maintains control records and related files to release blueprints, drawings, and engineering

documents to manufacturing and other operating departments: Examines documents, such as blueprints,

drawings, change orders, and specifications to verify completeness and accuracy of data.

Confers with document originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and compiles

required changes to documents.

Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers for detail

engineering or construction engineering project and information is accurate and up to date.

Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate

staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable.

Quality Control Document Control Systems:

Provide support to the Project Staff including receiving, logging, filing, tracking, expediting, and distribution

of correspondence, submittals, RFI’s, PQP, Method Statements, ITP, WPS & PQR and other Construction

Project Controls/Quality Control documentation.

Facilitates changes within defined record management and maintenance requirements of the quality system

documentation and records.

Updates and maintains project document control record keeping system and prepare transmittals and

distributes data as directed.

End User Requirement for Documentation:

Consult with various end users to identify and document business requirements and problems to automate

or improve existing systems/ processes.
